About the Missouri Public Service Commission (PSC)

The Missouri Public Service Commission (PSC) has been the leader in keeping Missouri a fair and affordable energy cost state. The PSC process protects consumers by providing specific guidelines and timetables for potential rate increase cases. The PSC process allows Missouri’s utilities to request rate hikes and the PSC must rule on whether the rate hike is justified within eleven months after hearing evidence from consumers. FERAF supports the PSC process.
